A proud moment for Tapasya
Describing Tapasya as combining “Indian cuisine with fine dining excellence”, the article celebrates our approach to authentic Indian cooking, bringing together traditional flavours, carefully considered combinations and a contemporary fine dining experience.
It also highlights something that makes a visit to Tapasya Marina particularly special. Our location overlooking Hull Marina, with the restaurant described as offering impressive harbourside views alongside a relaxed yet grand atmosphere.
For us, being included in a guide alongside restaurants of this calibre is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Tapasya has always been about taking the depth, diversity and heritage of Indian cuisine and presenting it with a sense of occasion. Today, that philosophy continues with British produce meeting refined Indian techniques, spices prepared in-house and dishes created with provenance, flavour and presentation at their heart.
Putting Hull on Yorkshire’s food map
Yorkshire’s food scene extends far beyond its largest cities, and it’s fantastic to see Hull represented amongst destinations from Oldstead, Harome, Richmond, Whitby, Malham, Malton and the Yorkshire Dales.
Hull Marina and the wider Fruit Market have become a destination in their own right, and we’re proud to have been part of the area since opening Tapasya Marina in 2016. From our waterfront location, we want to give both local diners and visitors to the city an experience worth travelling for.
